Back-end Developer

TPL, a leading tech-backed e-commerce company, is seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join their dynamic team in Patras, Greece. As a key member of the technology department, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining their D2C (Direct-to-consumer) solution.

Key Objectives:

• Design, architect, maintain and develop scalable backend services, written in PHP and Node.js.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate data exchange and integration with external systems and third-party services.
• Work with MySQL, MS-SQL and Postgres databases to ensure data integrity and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in backend development with PHP and/or Node.js.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Strong knowledge of database management with MySQL and MS-SQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience (starting from 1,300 EUR net monthly, negotiable based on experience and skills).
