Platform Engineer Lead

Two Circles, a leading sports marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Lead Azure Cloud Engineer to join our Technology team. As the Platform Engineer Lead, you'll play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and platforms for our products and solutions, as well as clients' environments. You'll work closely with our development and operations teams, and mentor other Cloud Engineers to ensure reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud environments.

We're a global company with 650 employees across eight offices worldwide, including London, LA, Kansas City, Miami, NYC, Paris, Bern, and Melbourne. Our tech team is primarily based in London and Melbourne. We work with some of the biggest names in sports, including the NFL, Premier League, and UEFA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying scalable and resilient solutions using Microsoft Azure
• Configuring and leading the use of Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
• Implementing security controls and compliance standards
• Managing capacity and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Provisioning and managing both IaaS and PaaS resources

We're looking for someone with extensive Azure experience, strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, and proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages. Experience with data engineering platforms and cloud networking concepts is crucial.
