Software Engineer, Auto Refi

The Auto Refi team is responsible for scaling our auto refinance loan product. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to execute projects across the whole stack. You'll be involved in making thoughtful architectural decisions, improving software quality, and delivering new ideas that achieve meaningful improvements to team metrics.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading successful projects collaboratively with engineering team members and cross-functional partners
• Making architectural decisions to improve software quality
• Proposing and delivering new ideas for team metrics improvement
• Collaborating with stakeholders on challenging problems

The tech stack primarily uses Kotlin (Spring), Ruby (Rails), and TypeScript (React). You'll work in a distributed team environment with regular face-time collaboration through Zoom for pair/mob programming.
