Upstart's Auto Retail Engagement team is building core technologies that power Upstart's Auto Finance platform, focusing on driving demand for auto loans through dealership partnerships. The team designs intuitive workflows that integrate directly into the dealership experience, aiming to make Upstart the go-to lending portal for dealers.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work on full-stack projects using NodeJS/Typescript/Python backend and React/Angular frontend. You'll be responsible for translating complex business requirements into technical designs, making architectural decisions, and implementing high-quality code with testability and maintainability in mind.
