The position offers a competitive salary range of $142,000 to $196,600 USD, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with 100% company match up to $4,500, equity compensation, and ESPP. The role supports flexible work arrangements with options for remote work across the US or from offices in San Mateo, Columbus, or Austin.

As a Software Engineer on the team, you'll work with modern technologies including AWS, Kafka, Ruby, Kotlin, React, and Next.js. Your responsibilities will span from designing resilient services that directly impact consumer experience to taking initiative in improving product and code quality. The role requires strong fullstack capabilities, as you'll work across backend systems (Kotlin, Ruby) and frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).

The ideal candidate brings 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience, with strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, or Ruby, and experience with modern JavaScript frameworks. You should be comfortable with SQL databases and domain modeling, and excel at communicating technical ideas in cross-functional settings.
