Software Engineer, Product Led Growth

The Product-Led Growth (PLG) Team is focused on driving growth by deepening relationships with existing customers. As a Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for enhancing the logged-in user dashboard, optimizing cross-sell strategies, and advancing efforts through improved data collection, pricing orchestration, and personalized offer experiences.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Research Scientists, and Marketing Managers to design and deliver high-quality products. Your work will directly impact increasing customer lifetime value and helping more people access the right financial products at the right time.

The role offers competitive compensation ($142,000—$196,600 USD base salary) plus comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, equity through ESPP, generous PTO, and regular team collaboration sessions.
