Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Liquidity/2052a Developer to join their Finance Division's Regulatory Reporting group within the Management Reporting Operations (MRO) team. This role combines technical expertise in PL/SQL development with financial regulatory reporting knowledge, focusing on the critical task of managing U.S. Bank's Liquidity/2052a reporting process.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with both legacy systems and modern regulatory reporting software, requiring a unique blend of technical skills and financial domain knowledge. The role is particularly significant as the bank prepares for increased reporting frequency, transitioning from bi-monthly to daily submissions in the coming years.

As a developer in this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the end-to-end processing of regulatory reporting data, working with Oracle PL/SQL and Axiom software. The position requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines. You'll collaborate closely with the Treasury group and be involved in implementing new processes as regulatory requirements evolve.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $105,400 to $124,000, along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare, 401(k), and various insurance options. The hybrid work environment requires 3+ days in office, providing a balance between collaborative in-person work and remote flexibility. This position is ideal for candidates with strong technical backgrounds who are interested in financial technology and regulatory reporting, offering both technical challenges and business impact.
