The role requires an experienced professional with 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 5 years in technical leadership. The position offers a competitive salary range of $97,160 - $152,880 USD.

Responsibilities For Back End Software Engineer

  • Serve as highest level technical expert, resolving problems of systems integration and compatibility
  • Build and maintain systems based on applications architectures
  • Assess business and organizational implications of key application technology alternatives

Requirements For Back End Software Engineer

Java
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Eight+ years of software engineering and development, including five years in technical leadership
  • Experience in large-scale integrated online RDBMSs across multiple hardware and software platforms
  • Experience in new computing architectures and implementation of networked computing structures
  • Experience across multiple platforms including mainframe, OO programming experience, including Java and C++
  • Experience developing NT, Unix, and/or Windows based applications
  • Strong component, process and data modeling skills
