Staff, Software engineer - Front End, People.AI

Walmart's People.AI team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML and LLM-based solutions that will impact over 2 million Walmart associates worldwide. This role sits within the Enterprise People Technology team, a crucial part of Walmart Global Tech's Enterprise Business Services.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a front-end focus, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing user-centric applications that power critical business capabilities. The role involves building enterprise-grade conversational agents and AI copilots embedded within chatbots, internal portals, and business applications. These solutions will enable associates to communicate more effectively, automate routine tasks, access enterprise data via natural language, and receive contextualized, real-time Q&A support.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000-$220,000, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), stock purchase options, and various types of paid leave.
