Description For Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Risk Management team within the Operational & Enterprise Risk technology group. This role is part of Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT), which provides technology solutions for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, HR, and other business lines. The position focuses on ServiceNow application development, particularly in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, developing new features, and maintaining existing applications. They will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure the delivery of secure and scalable solutions. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript programming, and SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities For Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer

  • Implement solutions by configuring and customizing ServiceNow GRC product components
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing features
  • Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects on coding standards and processes
  • Ensure solutions are secure and scalable
  • Communicate with stakeholders in feature delivery
  • Evaluate technical impacts and coordinate new product releases
  • Participate in daily Scrum meetings
