Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer joining the WHOOP Business Systems team, you will develop solutions that span our order logistics and member services case platform. You will work closely with our ecommerce platform and go to market growth teams to enable members to activate their subscriptions around the world. This role requires a strong knowledge of backend architecture and API design and the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Contributing to WHOOP's Salesforce integration between backend systems and third party logistics providers
• Driving clean, clear, and consistent data model contracts between systems
• Supporting Salesforce configuration for internal teams
• Driving business process improvements through automation
• Collaborating closely with internal software teams and operations teams
• Owning and maintaining Salesforce development lifecycle and tools

The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, as well as proficiency in Salesforce administration and integrations. Experience with 3PL & Voice Cloud solutions, web technologies, and data modeling is also required.
