Tableau Engineer- Fully Remote USA

Within3 is seeking a Tableau Engineer to join their fully remote team in the USA. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with top life science companies, developing complex Tableau reports and collaborating closely with other teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Tableau development and SQL, with a strong ability to interpret technical requirements and translate complex business needs into technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, performance, and reuse
• Provide technical expertise in architecture, design, and implementation
• Develop and improve SQL queries
• Work in two-week sprint development cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, data delivery, and product teams
• Adhere to software coding and style guides
• Resolve support tickets related to Tableau dashboards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Tableau-driven dashboards and data analytics
• 5+ years of experience in SQL environments
• Advanced Tableau development skills
• Working knowledge of Tableau administration and user permissions
• Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables)
• Strong understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling
• Excellent communication and cross-functional team skills
