Outsystems Developer

Join StarHub's Business Enablement Solutions (BES) team as an OutSystems Developer in a technical leadership role. This position offers the opportunity to design and develop scalable applications using the OutSystems low-code platform, supporting digital transformation initiatives. As the third OutSystems developer in a 30-person BES team, you'll work on both greenfield and enhancement projects while mentoring junior developers and overseeing vendors. The role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, perfect for those who enjoy coding and guiding others without formal management duties. You'll be part of a collaborative, agile development team of ~10 engineers, working on impactful projects across multiple business domains.
