Responsibilities For Staff GRC Engineer (AI Research)
- Train AI systems by creating high-quality training data and performing expert evaluation
- Codify GRC methodologies and expert playbooks for AI learning
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI agents
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product functionality
- Work with top GRC teams to validate AI capabilities and ensure industry standards
- Lead development of NIST CSF Agent
- Design comprehensive evaluations for AI risk assessment capabilities
- Create methodologies for testing AI explainability
Requirements For Staff GRC Engineer (AI Research)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, IT audit, or security compliance roles at a top-tier company
- Experience with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI
- Builder's mindset and ability to think from first principles
- Technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers and AI researchers
