Responsibilities For Staff GRC Engineer (AI Research)

  • Train AI systems by creating high-quality training data and performing expert evaluation
  • Codify GRC methodologies and expert playbooks for AI learning
  • Design and implement evaluation frameworks for AI agents
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product functionality
  • Work with top GRC teams to validate AI capabilities and ensure industry standards
  • Lead development of NIST CSF Agent
  • Design comprehensive evaluations for AI risk assessment capabilities
  • Create methodologies for testing AI explainability

Requirements For Staff GRC Engineer (AI Research)

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in GRC, IT audit, or security compliance roles at a top-tier company
  • Experience with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI
  • Builder's mindset and ability to think from first principles
  • Technical aptitude and comfort working with engineers and AI researchers
