How to transition from staff eng to MLE?
I am currently Staff Eng in Airbnb and accepted the offer from Cisco on Senior Staff MLE. How to make transition smooth?

My main advice is to be humble and extremely open to feedback. Aggressively meet others and build deep relationships with them.

Ilya is great about junior or mid level transition topics, or engineer career transition to MLE. However, I am more curious about staff+ and senior staff+ type of scope, work and expectations in my question
