Topics of discussion 1-2-1 with VP

Question

I am currently working as a PMTS in India Dev Center. I am best guy under my manager always get top ratings but I am introvert :) and not a good communicator.

Next month leadership team ( VP and senior director) is visiting India and my manager has setup 1-2-1 with VP.

What should I chat in 1-2-1. I am afraid if I dont have much to talk my VP will judge me.

Since you're a high performer within your team, you probably have a good idea of what's going well and what could be better from a culture/process perspective. That would be very valuable to share with higher-ups as they're thinking at a higher, organizational level.
