How to ask questions when you're not interviewing for a specific team?

in many big tech companies where team matching happens and you get a generic DSA round, what kinds of questions do folks ask?

I know taro has a video on it but i'm curious to get some anecdotes here from taro members on what kinds of questions you ask?

Things like asking about team culture, challenges in team, tech stack, how the team handles XYZ specific issue are all off the table

Asking generic questions (what is culture like? favorite part of working here?) also probs arent useful bc you could be matched with a completely different org

My favourite question: "What is the best and worst thing about working for the company?" or "How would you describe the culture of the company?"

I more or less ask the questions from here: https://www.jointaro.com/course/master-the-behavioral-interview-as-a-software-engineer/good-vs-bad-questions-to-ask/

If a question works for team matching, and it still makes sense when you swap out the team context for the overall company context, then it's probably still a good question to ask.
