Cons: Work is very fast paced, and might not be the best fit for everybody. Work and life balance tends to skew towards the former.

Pros: If you're smart enough and great at coding, you'll get opportunities to build great things. But such opportunities are limited in India, and you'll have to prove yourself to get there.
Cons: If you are willing to work whatever you're provided without asking questions, it is a great place to work. But most of the work is boring and doesn't add any value. But, it was just my experience.
