Pros: I have been with Abnormal for several years now and have seen it reinvent itself as the company has grown in size and revenue in multiples over the last few years. My learning is growing and scaling is hard, and there will always be issues in that process. Abnormal has certainly had its fair share of growing challenges, but the company has been willing to learn a lot from its pains. This past year, the company has transformed into a new version of operations that is much smoother (still more to be done) than before, and I'd say it is a pretty good place to grow in your career if you want.

Cons: The job can be very demanding at times, but recently, things have become a lot more normal.

Pros: Everyone is intelligent, kind, and hardworking. Interesting problems with a great culture. Great leadership and a broader vision.

Cons: No 401k match; otherwise no complaints!

Pros: A lot of people who care about the problem that they are solving and are willing to help each other to grow. I am surrounded by some of the most intelligent and humble people I’ve met yet who are passionate about making an impact.

Cons: It’s a startup environment, so it is important to be able to work independently to a certain extent and be a self-starter.
