Recruiter screening then a 60 minute problem solving + live coding interview with 2 team members:
- 20 minutes for a collaborative problem-solving discussion
- 30 minutes for separate problem with live coding
- 10 minutes for questions

Pros: - Work that is challenging and impactful. Being in a startup, you are able to quickly and clearly see the fruits of your labour.

Cons: Working across timezones means you may not always get timely help, and you gotta learn to be an independent learner.
