Solid pay for a small-medium sized company historically, and smart and kind ICs and line managers.
You aren't the best at everything. Listen to your senior and staff ICs who are closer to the problems than you. The systems they've built have grown beyond your ability to fully grasp like you think you can. Be kind. Don't lie to the current employees saying the laid off ones have been well taken care of. It's not true.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. * Intro call * Coding round - 1 python script * India site manager round - Normal discussion and basic DSA * Tech round 1 (Python debugging + scripting) * Tech round 2 (Project discussion) * Offer
I applied through a recruiter. I was reached by a recruiter and was interested to see since they call themselves abnormal (should have been the first red flag in hindsight; D). Was scheduled for a recruiter screen, pretty normal stuff with expectati
HR screen, hiring manager round with technical discussions off of resume, then technical screen. Two-part question about photography use case and hash collision. Overall a good interview experience. 4/5
