And on interview day, nobody joins from the panel, or the panel is busy. This happened thrice to me.

Pros: - More trainings.
- Work-life balance culture (only if you are deployed in a well-managed team).
- More allowances these days (starting from COVID days).
Cons: Because of too many trainings, your personal time will also be consumed just to complete all the trainings.
Some of the leads are expecting too much from you, even though you are newly trained.
