Pros: The work culture is good.
It's a "work with fun" kind of culture, at least for my team.
Cons: Growth is not much though, as you get lost in the "kiosks" of the big name companies.

Pros: The lower-rung people are really good to work with, and if you are lucky, you will find really supportive seniors.
Cons: The work culture was really bad, at least at Accenture Pune. We were made to work really long hours, and our efforts were barely acknowledged. We were made to work in excess of what we used to fill in our timesheets, without any compensation.
