It started with an OA conducted in our college. The OA was easy-medium level. If you clear the OA, then only you will be allowed to go in the next round, which is to be conducted on the same day. The next round was a coding round consisting of two coding questions that had to be solved in 45 minutes. If you clear the coding round, you will get a mail as well as a WhatsApp message from the Accenture team that you have been qualified for the next round, which is the communication round. It was not an elimination round, but it had importance in the overall score. After the communication round, the interview round is there, which is a purely HR interview round. They do not ask a lot about tech in this round; they just ask about your project, your failure moment, successful moment, and simple HR questions.
