Cons: Promotions/Salary Increases are heavily time-gated, with almost nothing to do with performance. Always in a hurry. Even if you find a way to finish your project one month earlier, they will ask you to finish it even earlier. Always work to do, no dead time. Can't focus on self-improvement since zero time for certifications or training is provided. A lot of projects lack higher-level colleagues, usually no team leads; you are forced to be self-taught. Management will always lie to you, trying to make you wait for another six months before you get something. Management will say that you kept a client that would drop if it wasn't for you, but it's too early for a salary increase/promotion. Overtime is said to be optional, but it's mandatory. Employees who don't put in overtime are not considered highly, even if you do more work than people that do overtime.
