Pros: Plenty of opportunities. Employee friendly. Good place to learn anything that interests one.

Pros: Not many pros I can put here. It's a consultancy.

Cons: They used to allow home working after we all took a cut in pay. One year later, still with the cut in pay, they wanted everyone back in the office. Also, I and many others were sold the dream that we would be getting good bonuses every year when we joined. You won't be getting any bonus as they make it so the company never makes enough profit every year by buying up other companies. There's no work-life balance. If you want any promotion, or often it's just expected that Accenture is your life, and you may as well move into the offices.

Pros: There is generally a lot of flexibility on where to work.

Cons: The offices are not suitable for software development activities (lack of second screens at workstations, work is done on laptops). The experience varies greatly depending on the teams and projects you end up in.
