Disappointing projects, managing, and attitude towards another person

Pros: You'll probably meet nice people on a project.
Cons: Projects - if you land on a project that is a complete mess, you can't change it. You are done.
Managers - they all see you throughout your level. Everyone at level 10+ (level 10 for a senior developer, level 11 for a regular developer) is a nobody to them.
Bureaucracy.
Low salary for regular/senior developers.
Buddy system - it just doesn't work. My buddy was not interested in helping me at all, although I spoke with him about my work's problems many times. Even on my last day in Accenture, he didn't even say goodbye. He just didn't care.
