Pros: Good network, variety of projects and technologies, overtime paid.

Cons: Rotation index, at times elevated rhythms.

Pros: Working in Accenture technical consulting can be a nightmare or the experience of a lifetime. In my case, it was the latter. I had a competent, understanding, and charismatic manager, a true leader who led by example. We accomplished incredible projects and honed our skills. Salaries offered are in line with the competition, but only if you come from another company. Otherwise, they tend to be a bit below average, especially for very young individuals. Overtime and extras are highly dependent on the type of manager and projects you are assigned to. Excellent benefits include a company car starting from mid-level employee ranks, as well as comprehensive health insurance from the entry-level. You can learn a lot, just as you can find yourself being sold like on a market. It's up to the individual to assert themselves and avoid unpleasant situations. If you have a bit of 'cazzimma' (grit/toughness) and are with a client that invests in Accenture, you can confidently aim for career advancement, with an commitment that in the long run becomes all-consuming, as in any job, however.

Cons: Army-style matrix organization. If you end up on the wrong project or with the wrong manager, your career can be ruined. Pay attention to these details, therefore. Many criticize Accenture because you work a lot, they always demand more, etc. This is true and can be seen as a disadvantage. However, it is not mentioned that leaving Accenture remains on your resume as a favorable mark, mostly for any company, and in the meantime, you have completed innovative projects to talk about on your CV.

Pros: Good quality work and business exposure

Cons: Work-life balance is sometimes missing.
