Process
You start with an online test as a screen filter, with a lot of exercises (logic, memory, speed, etc.) and personality questions.
This is the kind of useless test which only leads to a time loss.
Then, if your test was successful, you get a group exercise and finally an interview.

Pros: They treat me very well and I've gotten a good project. The atmosphere is great, the colleagues are lovely, and the bosses, both yours and the company's, make an effort to ensure you're comfortable.
Cons: It's difficult to get promoted and you depend a lot on the People Lead you get and how willing they are to help you. I would personally eliminate that role and let everyone fend for themselves.
