Pros: 13% of your salary savings fund, many vacation days, endless trainings. They treat you like a human being, not just another number.
Cons: The salary could be higher, but in real terms it's fine. It's compensated by the benefits and the excellent work environment.

Pros: It is a very good company to start with. It has great benefits, absolutely comfortable offices, two "homes" per week, lunch card, good social work, etc.
The atmosphere is pleasant and with good teams.
Cons: The salary is very low for those entering for the first time, and the possibility of career advancement is getting worse and worse. In fact, some prefer to leave and then return in order to reach a better level, which is quite unfair to those who have to climb little by little, according to company policies. Advancement takes time and is not adequately compensated.
