They contacted via phone and then took the interview via phone. However, they did not send any prior email before conducting the technical interview. There should be a procedure for conducting interviews. You cannot just call someone and take an interview.

Good place for full-time employees to stay longer.
Hikes and promotions are also good for FT employees.
Cons: - No hike and increment for contractors.
- Not a good company to stay for longer as a contractor without any increase in payout.

Free food (at my building).
Internal career marketplace to transfer to different positions within Accenture.
Cons: My team is a terrible, toxic environment.
The salaries are low compared to what you would earn if you were hired directly by a client.
It's an office job.
