Pros: There are some very strong people, both from a technical and interpersonal POV. Salary is decent. The project is interesting.
Cons: It is a huge org with so many folks just bluffing and blustering their way through. It can be a bureaucratic nightmare with some truly insufferable people who don't realize how awful they are at their job. The fact that these people seem to get rewarded is unnerving. Benefits are weak.
