Pros: It is a regular service-based MNC. It might give a good package while joining, but there are no proper hikes for deserving employees.
Cons: Discrimination between South and North Indian employees.
No shift allowance for Developers working in the second shift.
A lot of politics within projects.
Supervisors play P1, P2, P3 proficiency games if they don't want to give hikes or promotions. Promotions are only for favorite people.
