Depends on the client
Depends on the client
You will be paid on time.
Your work-life balance and work pressure will depend on the whim of the client and manager. If any hard stuff comes your way, you will have a rough time.
Please start hiring and put more people to do hard, laborious work with more responsibilities divided equally and healthily among them.
