Pros: 1. Transport. 2. Cool crowd. 3. Job security for people on the bench.

Cons: 1. Too much politics. No learning platform. The same old tools are used. 2. Senior management is highly skilled in partiality and favoritism only. 3. They can ruin your ratings just because you asked for an onsite. Many cases are there. 4. Team leads and managers have loads of ego; they can't listen to the truth. If you say so, they will get offended. 5. Everyone acts like a boss. 6. Difficult for people with an iota of self-respect to survive.
