I applied through a recruiter.
It is a three-round process: two technical rounds and a final round with HR.
- First round is with the team lead, and they asked questions related to the tool.
- Second round is with the manager, mostly about what kind of projects I am working on and about my experiences with them.

Pros: Good work-life balance. There are some really good teams, and within them, the experience is great.
Cons: There are some really bad teams: low technical complexity and dysfunctional.
The range of good/bad teams is huge.
