Pros: Just a name, but it's hollow. Believe me, you can do better.

Cons: 1. The salary package will look better on paper. They have a high percentage of variable pay, and in my tenure of 2 years, I never received more than 40-45 percent. The reason given was 'normalization.' Believe me, you can do better. 2. Once you join them, be ready to be treated as a slave. After joining, they can ask you to relocate to any part of India. If you refuse to go, HR will call to inform you about refusal tags. Believe me, you can do better. 3. Once you join the project, management wants you to deliver the work equivalent to three employees. Is it freaking possible? Hell yes, if an Accenture manager asks you to do it. Believe me, you can do better. 4. No appreciation. Do as much as they want you to, but in the end, you will not get any appreciation. Believe me, you can do better. 5. Managers are liars and consider themselves owners of the company, and you are a slave. Believe me, you can do better. 6. No HR will help you or fight for your rights in Accenture. There is no HR policy that will actually benefit you. The manager will have the final say on everything. Believe me, you can do better.

Pros: Opportunities to work on latest technologies. Excellent work environment. Great GPTW events and celebrations. Transportation facility. Access to all latest development tools and operating systems.

Cons: Variable pay calculations are tricky, and employees tend to lose a lot of it if they have to sit on the bench for some time. Work culture has started degrading with increasing competition in the Indian IT industry. Internal training facilities have also started degrading.

Pros: One of the best companies to work for, and the salary is really good compared to other companies.

Cons: Nothing much to point out.
