Easy questions, friendly environment. The interviewer was very conversational and answered every question I had. I would recommend taking the risk and applying for the positions.
Finally, I didn't accept the job because I found a total remote job that I was looking for.

Pros: Worked on multiple projects, ranging from frontend development to backend development. Gained insights into MES systems and how they actually work. I also had a great experience with frontend technologies working for BMW, where I had the chance to architect the frontend part for the app. Management was also great, and the benefits were nice.
Cons: My salary was not really increased as the years passed. At the end of my work period, the projects got a bit outdated and messy.
