I applied online. After waiting a week or so for a response, I was required to perform a virtual assessment with lots of questions and several mandatory videos to watch.

These ranged from numeracy and literacy questions to personality tests, to questions about a pre-recorded video call and how you would deal with the situation.

At the end of that, there was yet another virtual assessment which consisted of an IQ test.

I did not get the position. A recruiter reached out to me about the same position in a different department. That time, I was required to do a GitHub assessment based on a bank application.

Judging by the lack of any response, it is safe to say I did not get that position either.
