I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

I applied off campus in Dec 2025. The recruitment journey had multiple stages:

• Go for Gold training on the ISpire platform
• Cognitive & Behavioral assessment
• Technical assessment
• Communication test
• Final interview round

During the interview, the discussion mainly focused on my projects and experiences. I spoke about the project I worked on during my internship, why I chose it, the problem it solves, questions related to tech stacks, and the challenges I faced while building it.

We also discussed my non-technical activities where my soft skills were tested, like college projects, presentations, hackathons, etc., and how I prepared for them. Some questions also explored adaptability and how I handled subjects that were initially difficult for me during my studies.
