My internship experience at Accenture Industrial Software Solutions was great, as it was full of very skilled and helpful software developers. There were many practical projects where I could apply my theoretical knowledge in real-world examples. It is also a relaxed and dynamic workplace, since it is located in an innovation park.
It is located outside of the city, which can make the daily commute harder and longer for some people who live at further parts of the city.
The interview process was online. This process helped me to learn many new things. Although I didn't get shortlisted, I got an excellent interview experience. The interviewer was a highly experienced personality. He also provided me with suggestions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I applied off campus in Dec 2025. The recruitment journey had multiple stages: * Go for Gold training on the ISpire platform * Cognitive & Behavioral assessment * Technical assessment * Communication test
Data structures and algorithm question before the tech interview via 3rd party sites. On-call tech interview with 2 different engineers, talking about everything. Live coding data structures and algorithm question, HR interview at the end.
