+ Team spirit (developers usually help each other)
Cons: • Work-life balance is awful.
• A lot of people have low technical skills; some of them are not even from the Computer Science field.
• Crazy deadlines.
• Usually, poor code quality, very difficult to maintain.
• Poor management.
• Poor training.
• Poor working environment.
• Poor tools for developers (screens, mouses, keyboards...).
