Process
I was interviewed at Accenture for an SDE role. They asked me simple algo questions such as array, objects, how to loop over data, and some recursive questions. It was fairly easy to solve.
Questions
Loop over an object. How to reverse a string.

Pros: Challenging projects (if they fall to you).
100% Remote.
Cons: Salary: When they hired me, they told me a salary that was not met afterwards and no one took responsibility. It is low compared to the market.
The benefits are only to compensate for the poor pay, but even adding up all the benefits, it doesn't reach a good salary.
The free courses they offer don't give you time to do them, as you are swamped with the project. Therefore, if you do them, it's outside of working hours.

Pros: Great work culture. Great atmosphere. Great infrastructure. Overall, a good company to begin your career in IT.
Cons: When it comes to promotion, female employees get high priority because of their gender. More importance is given to outsiders over loyal employees.
