Process
The interview process was not organized. HR thought I was interviewed for a different role, and so the contract displayed the wrong role.
During the interview itself, I was asked to wait for 10 minutes as the interviewer was coming from a different meeting. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, and the interviewer still wasn't on the call. I was asked to reschedule last minute to 2 hours later.
The interview itself went fine, and the process after was quick, but all the HR-related activities were disorganized.
