Pros: Very well organized and excellently timed hiring process. Fun colleagues and a truly international and inclusive environment. You will fit in even if you come from a completely different field. Many perks, like a company e-bike, discounts, and learning, especially since the merger to Accenture. The offices are taken care of very well. Great work/life balance - no one forces extra hours on you or demands that you are available outside of your work hours.

Cons: Salaries are on the lower end, especially for the Stuttgart area. The team and the tasks strongly depend on the project: you might get the feeling that you work for a new company each time you have to switch projects.

Pros: Good infrastructure, good building, and cafeteria.

Cons: No good selection of candidates. Not nice to work here.
