I didn't have a good time with them.
I got the offer from Accenture and received an onboarding date of November. Then when I reached there, they said that your father's name is not in the PAN card, so we cannot onboard you and will give you a next onboarding date. My onboarding location at that time was Pune. I traveled from Uttarakhand to Pune for that onboarding. After that, I never received an onboarding date. So I contacted them through the portal and received a reply that "I declined the onboarding, that's why the offer is revoked." I had the contact of an HR. When I shared her the screenshot of that reply from the portal, and she knew that I didn't decline it, as she was there at my previous onboarding location, she just blocked me.
Their process of onboarding is very slow. And the HR team is not helpful at all. In the beginning, she told me that I will definitely receive an onboarding date. And later, when she saw that reply, she just blocked me.
