You are responsible for finding your own project roles. This can be challenging, as the scheduling platform is pretty much useless and it requires a lot of networking. You're constantly pushed to stay off the bench, and this looms over you even while you're staffed on a project.
The interview process was easy, with a general introduction. Then, they asked technical interview questions. They also took my coding round, where they asked two easy-level questions.
