Pros

The company prepares you to work in a state of war.

The people are very united and help each other to deliver projects.

Cons
  • Absurdly lower salary than the market average; go if it's to learn or if you're desperate and can't find a job.

  • There's absurd pressure for delivery, most of the time, due to a lack of planning by managers.

  • Clients are charged absurd amounts for "more senior" teams, and juniors and mid-levels are allocated to save money for WBS.

  • Managers and executives agree on unrealistic deadlines. If the development team estimates a task to take 15 days of work, the account manager or executive agrees on a delivery with the client in 1 week, without increasing the team, without any support, other than the approval of overtime. The result is days upon days of 4, 5, 6 hours of overtime per day, returning home at midnight, 1 am, eroding the employee's mind and even their family life.

  • If you refuse to work overtime, you are retaliated against in the year-end evaluation.

  • The "zero tolerance for retaliation" policy is only valid for training. In daily life, this does not happen.

Advice to Management

Melhorar o salário para se tornar competitivo e diminuir o turnover de pessoas de maior senioridade. Vender projetos ágeis aos clientes, como acontece na Concrete, subsidiária da Accenture, por exemplo.
