Big company with a huge amount of people
It's a very big company that allows you to work with a diverse team. The hierarchy is maintained, the rules are strict, workers are trained. It's a mature and well-organized environment.
Depends on who is managing you. Sometimes you would not get any help from anyone. The diverse team will arise conflict because of cultural differences, and if no one deals with that, the problem will get worse, and nobody knows.
Please manage the people, at least hear them.
