As I understand it, Accenture has a very fast process. They will complete the all-round within a week and confirm the offer the same day. The pay is also good. Accenture is a good choice for freshers as well as experienced joiners.

Simply conducted one round of technical and one round of HR. The process is very fast: uploaded documents in 2 days and received an HR call in 2 days. Within a week, the offer was received, and the CTC is more than expected.

Two technical rounds in basic Java and SQL questions on collections, basic questions. The last round was a human resources round, where they asked about previous project work and contributions made, and views on inclusivity.
